Dunno if any of you have heard of this, if your dog is constantly licking an area or has had surgery you can put lavender oil round the area and it puts then off licking, also another tip with lavender oil is when you bath the dog put 5 drops of lavender oil in the final rinse water and it stops fleas and makes them smell nice too. _________________ paw prints on my heart |

Considering my 2 love any cream I put on either my legs or my hands and try to lick it off, I guess they would probably love this too!!
Jodie has a great liking for soap and insists on her share of lather at every opportunity! She would eat the whole bar if she got half a chance! _________________ "My little dog - a heartbeat at my feet" - Edith Wharton |

My shar pei used to eat bars of soap, any time I forgot to shut the bathroom door. _________________ paw prints on my heart |

Otto has a cushion he lies on in the living room and I washed it with lavender soap powder and he wouldn't lie on it for ages. Smelled too nice for his liking. Even my dog rubbishes my efforts to wipe the smell of boys from my male-dominated house. |

that's a great wee tip! I like the scent of lavender so I'm up for putting it in the water when rinsing them!!!! |
