Hi there,

Just found this post - I've not been to the class for a few weeks - I was away in Amsterdam and Leon wasn't well...

He had been sneezing and was really under the weather - just lying in his basket - not like him at all!

I took him to the vet as I wasn't sure if there was something up his nose or if he wasn't well... So got got 5 days antibiotics and an anti-inflam shot in case it was a foreign body in his nose. Was told just rest, nice food and a bit of TLC and to keep an eye on him

That was Tuesday last week. He is a LOT perkier now - still sneezing a bit, but he seems to be feeling fine again and is champing at the bit to get back out for long walkies i think! Me too!

Perhaps some kinda wee doggy-infection was going around? Vet said it wasn't kennel cough as he wasn't hacking, but that it was perhaps a wee virus affecting his respiratory system, as he was also running a temperature etc.

I'm going to get his KC done again when his booster is due though

Lx

Poor Leon - hope is feeling better.

Enid - how is Mandy? Was she well enough for her booster? Hope she is OK - along with all the other dogs who got this. I was speaking to Lindy last night and her two are a lot better.

My two seem over the worst - although Danny is still doing that spasm thing when he starts either his morning or evening walk but it passes quickly enough so still getting better as far as I can see.

Hi Mary - thanks for asking.

She is better thanks - hasn't sneezed for 2 days! Just back from having her booster and all is well.

The bad news is that Jodie now has the sneezles. She is such more snuffly with it than Mandy was so we are keeping a close eye on her.

Pleased to hear than your 2 are on the mend and that Danny had a good birthday!
