Did anyone read the story in the newspaper at the weekend about two doggie friends?
One of the dog had pups, quite a lot of pups, and her doggie pal had a phantom pregnancy, started lactating and helped feed the pups!
I didn't see the story or the picture, unfortunately, but apparently it showed the two dogs lying down with the pups latching on to them feeding.
Although phantom pregnancies aren't so good, it seems this dog had one to help it's friend, or perhaps she was just feeling maternal!
A nice story anyway.
I can't seems to find a link anywhere. If any of you find it, please post it! |

and one of them was also feeding a kitten that had been abandoned too!

i was told it was a mother and daughter, springer spaniels. the mother had 15 pups and the daughter had the phantom pregnancy, and helped to feed the pups.
but i don't know if its right it was just what i was told. _________________ microchiping and grooming www.chipnclip.co.uk
