well already I feel like I have gained half a stone in weight with what I've been eating and drinking Sad I haven't been eating to excess but just feel like it's been too much heavy stuff ................ I think I need to make some fresh homemade soup and the likes and drink water to detox.
I have drank too much alcohol ............. hadn't been drinking much at all over the last couple of months, but why is it that at christmas you think it's acceptable to have a glass of wine at lunchtime? Shocked

I have a cupboard FULL of chocolates and bisciuts that I have been given, not touched them ........ but I have eaten loads of bread and potatoes, the things that slow you down! Laughing

Anyone else over done it?

We will soon feel back to normal
