I did some searches and allegedly the dog didn't die, but ran away.... according to the gallery owner that is... but there is no evidence to back it up at all...
probably just trying to cover their @sses. _________________ Dogs are the leaders of the planet.

Exactly. It's the thought that counts as they say. |

i'm quite sure "art" requires talent. this is disgusting. the only thing this guy can to is cruelty. based on this his fans and award givers must also be a be fond of of hitler, stalin and mugabe. |

i read something today - a quote - and it was spot in... I'm paraphrasing a bit but it was along the lines of:
"Art" is the representation of life - beautiful, cruel or unjust as it may be... but to enact or to cause pain or suffering in the name of "art", that can never be art. _________________ Dogs are the leaders of the planet.

It's disgusting to know some people treat animals in this way they should not be allowed to get away with it

I signed the petition a while ago. I found out that ยง%&$*?%$"#'s e-mail address, and since I speak Spanish, I gave him a peace of my mind!!!!! I just can't believe the museum staff or the visitors did not do anything to save the poor Natividad!
I found another website about a so called "artist" called Nathalia Edenmont. Here's the link, for those who dare have a look. It nearly made me puke!!! http://www.oozemagazine.co.uk/dyingforart.htm
How can letting a dog starve to death or taking pictures of dismembered animals be called art? If you ask me, it is just an excuse for these sadistic psychos to realize their disgusting fantasies! _________________ x

I have woken up this morning thinking about this post. This is one of the most distressing things I have ever read.
How could people go and look at this and not take action.
I keep thinking about what is going through that dogs mind. He is thristy, starving, DYING and in his pain and distress looking at those who have the power to save him. What must the dog think when people just look at him.
I just can't get this out of my mind - I am truly ashamed to be a member of the human race today. _________________ "In a perfect world, every dog would have a home and every home would have a dog." |

Having had a chance to look a bit closer at this, the information about exactly what happened and the "artist's" intentions are unclear.
I think this piece sums it up well...

Signed.
This is not art. No matter what the perpetrator's motives were or whether the poor dog lived or died, he was wrong to use an animal in this way. To let a creature suffer for his benefit and possibly even financial gain is appalling. The other thing is that to do this in public will no doubt cause others to participate in such barbarism.
I hope this person gets what he is due. _________________ No one appreciates the very special genius of your conversation as the dog does - Christopher Morley |
