Why does DIVA's rent their own server? What difference does it make?

makes a lot of difference for PC gamers... the server is located in London and has a very quick ping/response time, we need to keep it all very low as anything above 80ms can get you killed. On XBOX if i recall if finds a server with your mates to play on i think. We got complete control over it, our public server gets busy at night when we are on, we chat on the headset and game on. Basically we have about 35 members now, so we all try and help our community.

We are compete in ClanBase and Enemy Down leagues, so our server is setup to their rules (one sniper, no shotguns, 1 nade, etc). PC gaming is seriously different to Xbox/Playstation type consoles, to move a mouse onto someones head (or GSD) and shoot it happens in a fraction of a time compared to moving the stick of a controller, so everyone plays much harder. My mate tells me about getting 20 head shots per match, I laugh, you be lucky to get 5 on a PC.
