I am really fed up and in need of some cheering up, I have spent the last 2 days being sick on and off, Managed to do some training with Kiera this morning though in between bouts of it. Made the fatal mistake this afternoon of thinking I was all better and decided to have my usual smoothy for dinner while the kids where at the gym. bad Idea Shocked that started me off again. aghhhhhhh
sorry for the rant but need to let of steam and have missed my walk tonight too Crying or Very sad
