Allie - some dogs just don't like dry food I'm afraid so that could be the real answer here
Mine have their wet food and mixer in a morning and Chappie complete dry of an evening. I am guaranteed they'll ALL eat it and as They have sensitive tums knowing that this diet suits them and means my carpets are spared is a bonus.
I think they're going to be fine after their jabs - if the vet tries to give you the powders again just refuse and say you want either the tablets or the paste and you'll avoid all that hassle.
Brilliant news though that you now have them back to peak fitness _________________ Staffies are my life! Visit us at www.staffies.co.uk

They are tougher than they look and as long as they're drinking and bouncy. Humans think food should be tasty and full of variety, dogs don't. They really would eat a scabby dug
It gets easier...I used to worry about everything. I know not everyone on here has had their worries to seek, but usually the big "eek call the vets" dramas do eventually become "oh oh I swore hell, not another cut, where's the antiseptic."
I only worry about him if he's quiet...I found that once you've had them around a while, it is easier to see if something's up. Mind you, I cried my eyes out when he cut his side - he didn't even seem to notice it.
Hope Im not being patronising there...am just at the stage where we're coming out the other end and I was exactly the same. Second one will be breeeeeeze!
