wee snack

4 Large Mushrooms
Philidephia Light Cheese
Garlic
Bacon

Cook mushrooms under grill for 10 mins, then add garlic and philidelphia cheese on top. Fry bacon then chop up finely and add on top of cheese and grill for 5 mins

My mouth is watering. I need to use veggy alternative to bacon. But I must try this one. Thank you.

Not as many as you might fear Debs - especially if you substitute the Philadelphia with the "light" version and the bacon for rindless Very Happy

You can also try the Primula spread on it - that's lower fat than many butters and margarines and other soft cheeses Smile
