I am an IT Manager (geek alert) for a one of Scotlands larger law firms; I am based in Glasgow. I've been there for 12 years and love my job. I have a great team of people who work with me and that makes it much easier.

During the week I live in the city centre but at weekends (and as often as possible) I escape to my house in the Highlands of Scotland.

-Asset Life cycle costing and modelling,
    -Survey buildings and assets,

hello...... are you still awake at the back???
sleepy2 sleepy2 sleepy2

Very diverse and good fun, if not very busy. I enjoy it as it gets me out and about from nuclear submarine bases to council houses in Glasgow...

major stumbling block for me is my young-ish looks and clients thinking I dont have any experience and how could they possibly listen to someone as young as me Confused Laughing
good thing is my background is a trade (electrician), so once they find that out, they tend to react to me differently as opposed to some uni graduate straight out of class... although I am that as well!!! Laughing

...ok...

NEXT!

ROSS ! I think FM consultant would have done !!! Laughing Laughing Laughing
