i sadly need to re-home blaze due to his nature, he is really hyper around my oldest kid, and after being told it`s me or the dog by my partner i have made this sad decision. blaze is a pedigree, toilet trained, really lazy when the kids are not about, his only bad point is when the kids are about he goes a bit nuts and try`s to herd the kids and be protective over them. my partner thinks there`s a quick way of training and the dog should follow every command and be good at all times, i know it`s a long process, but she won on this occasion and i`m gutted about it all! if anyone is interested please send a wee message, i can send pics by email and give more details! all you guys on this forum are a great bunch and i`m sure if blaze can find a great forever home it will be with someone from here! think i might do some volunteering work with dogs trust or sspca that way i can spend time with my lovely dogs without getting grief from the missus! it`s a real heart breaker!
thanks peeps, better go before i start ranting![img][/img]

So sad Billy........sounds like a pack order issue if it happens when the child is there........or train the child to be calm in the dogs presence?

He is a handsome boy.

Billy, I'm absolutely gutted for you and wish I could take him but with my kid and JD it wouldn't be good for Blaze.

Hopefully he'll find his forever home real soon.
