skye got spayed on tuesday, everything has been fine she went back to the vet on friday for her post op check. vet was really happy, u would hardly know that there was a scarr, and skye has not been up or down... but when i came in from work this morning when i looked at the wound there is a lump about the size of my fist under the skin. anybody got any ideas what this could be? it will defo be a trip to the vet tomorrow i think x
could it be fluid ? Echo was a little swollen but that was because he stitches were a bit on the tite side. but nothing like what you have describe. how are the stitches looking.
let us know how you get on at the vets. _________________ microchiping and grooming www.chipnclip.co.uk
Skye was at the vet on Monday. Vet said that they could not rule out a hernia. The vet said there was a lot of fluid around the lump. So they took a sample of the fluid. She has to have no exercise until she goes back on Monday. And I have to put an ice pack on it as much as she will tolerate. But today the lump had shrunk form The size of a clenched fist to about the size of a small plum so that's good. Soz Laura Neva hot a chance to get a picture. The wound looks fantasic and I can not see any visible stitches as the vet says they are done internally. X
