These last few week Angus has been very dominant and has become a bit more aggressive towards breagha especially this week. I'm thinking perhaps the effects of implant are wearing off so I've decided it's time for him to go for op. I don't want to chance breagha coming into season and any mishaps happening so think it best to get him done sooner rather than later. Just hope it all goes ok and I get the cheeky ( but calmer character back)

he'll be just fine... it's a much simpler operation for a dog than it is a bitch so he will bounce back jean. nice to know the implant worked well though. keep us updated jean!

Hi Jean,

just got back from holiday so sorry for the slow response.

How is he? How are they getting on together?

John

He'd been great however I've noticed last couple of weeks he's showing more dominance ( (marking territory in house, bit more defiant when told to do things) the way he was before implant and hes also attacked breagha a couple of times totally unprovoked so think the effects might be wearing off. He goes in for op tomorrow and hopefully he ll calm down again.
Breagha is growing bigger by the hour. She s got a lovely nature but can be a minx. She ll continually go back to place I remove her from and barks at u if u tell her off. She doesn't seem fazed by Angus s outbursts as she goes back to him a few seconds later submitting and licking his face.
