Sounds like what I have been preaching for years is starting to reach mainstream press.

Who watched it?

I thought it was a great insight into the world of dog food.

Was really interesting ! I feed Travis a dry dog food ( not bakers)I'm not sure I could handle a raw diet as I have a weak stomach but I do try to watch what he's eating as he has a sensitive tummy that easily upsets ( probably due to his size also) I have also noticed if he gets lots of meaty treats he gets a little hyper so I try keep his treats to little biscuits or his liver cake from class which he adores and will do anything for

You can feed it on its on but its a good idea to add organ meat like heart, liver, kidny& tripe also wings and ribs are good as you need bone content in the diet. You can get big knuckle bones from grayshill they have a good bit of meat on them and enough soft cartalege bone to chew on aswell as the marrow inside. Also adding eggs with the shell my girls wont eat the shell so I grind it up and add it.

Some say they don't need but its up to you iv started adding it more than I used to. Vege is a bit confusing as some say it need to be raw and otbers say I need to be cooked for the dog to digest it. But most say eather way that it needs the be mashed or ground up or it just passes througb the dog un digested.

You can also add fish and fish oils and their are many natural suplaments on the market aimed at raw feeders if you want to add a wee bit extra.

The thing with raw feeding is you realy dont find 2 people feeding their dogs the exact same way. You need to work it round yourself and your dogs. One of my girls is very fussy and wont eat wings or bones so she doesnt always get the same veriety as my other girls and gets more ground up egg shels to componsate for the lack of bone in her diet.

Hope that helped.
