I think when you get a puppy you read so many books, look at so many websites that it just puts you into a panic and you think you're going to ruin them and end up with a nightmare dog. specially if you've never had a puppy before like us.

I had myself in a right frenzy, but I've sussed the basic rules that keep him in line and try not to worry if he has the odd blip. On the whole he does as he's told - I don't really want to totally get rid of the cheekiness.

Because he's so big we forget he's only a baby and sometimes expect too much.
