"No one would've believed in the last years of the 19th century that human affairs where being watched from the timeless worlds of space...

... and slow and surely they drew their plans against us..."

I'm going to see War of the Worlds on Wednesday night - the live stage show... has anyone seen it? It's supposed to be brilliant.

It seemed like a good idea when I booked it, but I'm not so sure now! I've always been really easily scared by alien stuff and the first time I ever heard the vinyl version of this, I was petrified! I'm starting to get a wee bit nervous - I probably won't sleep for the rest of 2007!!!

Not been out on any walks recently - had a really bad cold and just recovering at the moment.

Looking forward to Friday night.

Lxxx

Linsey, the first time it was broadcast in the USA people believed it was really happening - they were really being invaded. I have never seen I on stage. I am sure you will enjoy it. Don't have nightmares.

that's the one marcella!

the ending was diabolical - but the scene with all those aliens running about outside the boarded up house nearly gave me a heart attack! You could just see the shadows as they went past the windows, and heard the footsteps...
