just a wee note, washing dogs too often can cause the skin to dry out, they have oils in their coats naturally and washing them can strip them off. generally only need done when dirty or if for a medical condition.

yeah, well aware of that Suzanne, but I washed them again in case the previous was had not rinsed them well enough ........... seems to have helped. That combined with the oil should hopefully do the trick. Very Happy

Besides the smell of fox sh!t in the house isn't pleasant .............. Murphy has a habit of rolling in it! Confused

Im glad you said that Suzanne as I thought I just had minging dogs, I very rarely wash them, they usually get a bath in the summer and thats it....unless someone rolls in fox poo...Pixel usually Rolling Eyes

Course I have it easy, since they are short coated, I would think the longer coated dogs would get rather smelly specially in wet weather and dirty of course as the dirt sticks into their coats
