Done.. the sentence is way out of proportion to his 'part' of this incident. There has to be balance between an action carried out in the heat of the moment, during a period of unexpected and severe stress, and the consequences of that action. If only he hadn't mounted the pavement to chase him down Confused

Even so, the knifeman was a victim of his own making.
