Hektor went back into Glasgow Vet School this morning to get his lump removed.
Vet just called to say he's in recovery and all went well. The lump, though loosely attached, was easily removed and they reckon its benign though they will send it to lab to check.
He's apparently got a scar about 3 or 4 inches long, poor baby and has "quite an extensive shaved area". They'll be giving him some serious pain relief for the next 24 hours but I will hopefully be able to get him home tomorrow. I am missing my big black shadow and poor Ollie is lost!
I can see a light at the end of the tunnel!!! |
