hopefully i will show him no idea where to start but im sure you guys can point me in the right direction, the boys we got him from (drove down to middlesborough for him) were planning on showing him hence the pics but decided that the white bit on his nose made his nose look smaller so decided to keep his brother!!
We went to wizard of paws for a bath at the weekend there, he loved every minute of it, but the brushing is hard going!!

Hi again Lynsey, I show my rottie and have some links to just general show stuff (how to move the dog and in what pattern etc just stuff like that) If you want I can pm them to you, some of them are American but most of the stuff applies here too
Also there is a show this Saturday, It's about 30 mins from Cumbernauld Its listed as having 2 Akita classes, If you want to go watch I can pm you the time it starts and where it is ... It may help give you an idea of where to start
Did you do the self-dog wash thing? If so was it good? Just asking as we need to give Kodi a bath before the SKC and were planning on going to wizard of paws as there is no way we could lift a 48kg rottie into our bath and back out again |

Hi megan
that would be great if you could pm me some details of shpwing and where the show is this weekend?
Wizard of paws was good, i would reccomend it, it was £9 for half an hour then i think it goes up £3 for every extra 15 mins you use after that! We were only in for half an hour (and thats with Sarrisons coat!!) he didnt fully dry under the dryers but im sure with a rottie there would be no probs!!
