You must be made up to have him back home, he will get on better with his mummy looking after him. Sending him lots of kisses and waggy tails.

This Beeep machine has not been letting me post replies. I am trying again.
Basil is Home. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
He is a wee bit groggy but fine - on lots of medication. He goes back to the vet on Saturday morning to check on his progress. He has eaten some chicken and not been sick - Great sign.
He is currently sleeping up on his sofa and Poppy is quietly cuddling him. Miracles!
Misty is lying at his feet. So the girls are looking after him.
We are keeping a close eye on him but we are confident he will be fine now. He has a heart like an OX.
Thanks everyone for your good wishes,
Lots of licks from the dogs and hugs from the humans in our pack. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

It's great you are all back together and Basil is doing well. Poppy must have missed him too! Keep up the good progress Basil and Lorna maybe now you can unwind a little and get a bit of a rest. Lots of love

Thanks again people for you concern. He has eaten his chicken and pasta this morning and hasn't been sick so that is good. Poppy is being very good. she keeps lying beside him and just quietly cuddling him. It is so good to see them together again.
I really appreciate everyone's good wishes. Janis' angel seems to be working too.
