Otto peed all over my duvet yesterday evening
He was playing fetch with me (well I was trying to train him to fetch with varying success). I think it was a combination of being bursting and excitement because I was just in from work and was playing with him.
He jumped on the bed with his kong in a hyper moment - didn't even notice he'd done it. Hopefully not marking territory because this would be something he's never done before. And he doesn't even get to sleep on the same storey as us, never mind in the room or on the bed.
Just glad it was the old duvet and not the flipping mattress. |

OOps! just when you think they are over these 'little' accidents and are maturing nicely they go and surprise us (and not in a nice way )
Hektor got up in the middle of the night and pee'd in the middle of the floor on Wed night. No rhyme or reason for it...same routine as always, thought he was past that |

He has never peed in the house apart from when he was very young - and even then only 3 times. He was remarkably easy to house train.
If he was claiming the high ground and his toy ie trying to be dominant, he'll not try it twice!!
But I just think he was over excited... |

That's the one thing of puppyhood I didn't enjoy hugely - Lisa - your floor must have been like a lake judging by Heks size _________________ Staffies are my life! Visit us at www.staffies.co.uk |

Otto and the Teenager are largely at the same stage of development - just when you think you can trust them to act sensibly and with maturity and be a fine upstanding member of the household, they do something very stupid.
It's easy to forget they've still very young and immature despite being to all intents and purposes "full height"
Both still big puppies at heart.
