This week Enzo has ate my tall lamp minus a lamp shade,a plug but cannot believe the light bulb was still in tact,the following day he ate all the cables for bt connection and modem wires Evil or Very Mad could not get onto forum so i was having withdrawal symptoms Very Happy today i thought he had done great until i walked upstairs and noticed springs all over the hall,i thought he had ate my hoover but it was fine and i noticed my bedroom door open (he can open all doors)i then went into my bedroom and realized he had chewed a massive hole in my mattress Shocked Shocked Shocked

No Janis he has just been in the house a bit longer than normal as we work for Parcelforce and this time of year we are really busy. But at least its mattresses now and not HUMANS Very Happy

I have been teaching him all humans are good apart from the Mother in Law. Tracy asked why has he done this ? I hope it is nothing to with the fact I put a picture of her mum right where the large hole is now. Twisted Evil

Aw bless him!!!! I just can't be annoyed at him - even if he has been a TEENY bit naughty Embarassed

Poor lamb obviously did it out of boredom - what happened to the crate training? Confused Saves all this hassle Cool

By all means tell the naughty lad off - you CAN'T let him get away with ANYTHING but try not to get too down about it he was probably going stir crazy but nor should you beat yourselves up that occassionally he HAS to be left alone for extended periods - that's life I'm afraid Sad

The crate training has been fab, but Enzo is HODINI i'm telling you Michael Schofield does not have a look in !

What are the fastenings like on the crate? are they like the sliding bolts? OR are they like clips?

Laughing Laughing Laughing you've got to hand it to him he knows how to get attention Very Happy .......We ha a golden lab when i was younger and he managed to haul my parents double mattress of the bed and chew it to pieces Shocked and he had the look of 'WELL YOU DID LEAVE ME FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS' Rolling Eyes
