Basil says Hello!

Hi everyone,

you may remember my initial posts from back in late October - well I've been pretty quiet as i now have a dog!! woo hoo.
what can i say, he's keeps me so busy i spend very little time on-line these days. well here are some pics of him for you...

His Name is Basil, aged 3, blue with white freckles and he's a retired Greyhound from the scottishgreyhoundsanctuary.
He seems to have been well looked after in his racing life and we'll make sure he's well taken care of now. He's just such a cutie even if i do say so myself Wink

aww he is lovely. i think Shirley is going to fall in love with him.

glad you got your boy, did you get a dog walker sorted, i remember you saying that was your main concern as you were out most of the day.

Dog walker sorted = Mum!!

haha, she loves him and even when we're not at work she phones and asks to take him for his lunch time walk.

how could you say no to that face?!

hi welcome great to see that you love the greyhound as much as I do. I have played midwife for over 7 litters for my brother who breeds and trains greyhounds and when finished racing they make great pets. I know you will have a great time with Basil.
