after i spoke with the sspca they said that blue was safe and that they didnt find anything wrong with the people he was with.however they are now selling him as they cant cope with him as he is destructive and does not get on with one of their dogs.

so dose this mean you have given up first refusal on him, instead of taking him your self and re homing him so you know exactly where he is going.

I'm even more confused now - you said you were leaving him where he was because you didn't want him to suffer any more upheaval and that he was happy but now you're saying he's being sold on again? Confused

I hope this poor lamb gets his forever loving home soon. I could never let any of mine go, that's just the way I am but I would be completely devastated if one was going through all this.

Is this Blue

http://www.adtrader.co.uk/item_detail.php?aid=828494&class_id=180&hdl=COLLIE+X+STAFFY&prsuid=828494

If so he's only £30.. get him home and re-home him yourself to a loving and caring owner..

Alan, I'd try John if I were you. Running a forum myself I know a valid email address HAS to be supplied at point of registration even if the member chooses to hide it from other members for their own reasons. As admin on my site I have access to those details so I am assuming the same will apply here Smile

EDIT: I should say here I NEVER pass on any of my members contact details without their express permission and I suspect John will be the same......all the same it's a way for you to get in touch even if you have to go via John Wink

I hope that Blue is safe now and reaches the loving forever home that he should have had from the outset.

i think this is a lost cause, i don't think we will hear anything else on this issue now.

i have pm for an update but nothing yet.

as far as im aware he is with a couple in fife that also have a six month collie and they are looking after him, if someone contacts them with an offer of a forever home for him they will listen to requests but for the mean time he is with them and he seems happy.
