Star has been going stir crazy with his sore paw and not being able to run around after Libby (not that he can't but I won't let him in case he makes it worse!). So I have been keeping him on the leash and only taking him small walks.

Last night I bumped in to a friend and while Libby ran around mad Star sat with me on his leash while I talked to my friend. Star was not happy all he wanted to do was run around and after many SIT, STAY, STOP oh I swore PULLING! comments from me he decided to sit quietly (or so I thought). After about 15 Min's I had been so busy talking that I hadn't noticed that he hadn't been sitting like a good boy but had been skillfully chewing his way through his EXPENSIVE leather leash!!! The oh I swore got right the way through it and before I could stop him was running around like a mad man after Libby!!! I couldn't believe it! I was standing just holding a half chewed leash with no dog on the other end!

He came back sheepishly almost straight away after I called him but I'm still amazed he did it! Luckily I don't walk them around any main roads. Shocked

sorry to laugh but that has put a smile on my face Laughing glad he came back though. If it had been Dora I'm sure she would have messed about for a bit before doing as she was told.
