here is the one pic we have managed to get of the baby ferrets, they are around 4wks old now, ignore my dirty T shirt, I had just finished cleaning them all out
How cute are these?

I think they are all lovely - what colour do you call the darker ones? They look sort of mink to me. |

Amanda they are called polecat
The white ones are albino, the female (jill) is albino and the male (hob) in polecat colour, we have litters every year as Jills have to be mated or get an injection to stop the hormone build up which kills them, we keep some and home the others, usually to working homes but some have went to be pets
I love them, they have great wee characters, they are smelly though, especially the boys, surprise, surprise so really no use as house pets, the americans de-scent them |

what are baby ferrets called.
can they not be spayed like dogs and cats.
i take it that it would hurt them to be de scented _________________ microchiping and grooming www.chipnclip.co.uk

Babies are kits, im not sure about spaying them, suppose its like all small furries, there are loads of risks but im not sure |
