as some of u may seen tina in class on sunday when john brought a ball out, she went mad, and for the rest of the class she totally ignored me and kept staring at the back of the room were the ball was!!!
does any 1 have any idea's how i can stop her being so obsessed with it?? she even no's the tune 2 the fooball programme that comes on the tv!! |

Crikey! I wish Oscar showed interest like that in a ball - he only plays for a couple of minutes then walks away from it!
You can use that tremendous interest in training - watch how close your dog will stick to your side when he knows you've got the ball - bit difficult in the hall, but when you're in a different environment it will be great! Some people use treats and others a ball - outcome is the same!

yeah that's exactly it, use it as a training tool, in your case MUCH better than some hot dog!!! |

I use a ball for Millie a lot outside its great for distracting her from things as well!! _________________ When a dog wags her tail and barks at the same time, how do you know which end to believe? |

yeah it is good as a training aid, but i just feel she has a serious problem with it, like when john put the ball away yesterday when i pushed her bum down 2 sit she was shaking reminds me of the dog from doctor doolittle if any1 no's wat im talking about!! |

Charlene i watched the Cesar Millan DVD series one. Marcella and john rent it out at class and there was a dog on it that had a ball fetish. I cant remember what they done about it if you watch it you might get a few hints. |
