If I can lay my hands on it you can have mine , I don't think I can stomach removing one myself! _________________ Happiness is watching my dog chase leaves dancing in the breeze. |

it's dead easy to take off! If you can't do it, bring him up the glen at 1pm and I'll whip it off! |

Coming into tick season...........with all the long walks our dogs are more prone to getting them than most.
I treated my two with Frontline a couple of weeks ago............got it from www.paws247.com who were quick, efficient......and cheap! _________________ John Thomson

i treated Koda with Frontline when we got back from ben lomond and we found one on him today!!! think i might try the garlic
oh and the tick was easy to find , was blowing in his fur when we were drying him but to be honest if we didnt check him there would be no chance in finding it, it was right on his front right shoulder at the front, and we didnt see it until we found it |

I'm told the ticks start at the feet and climb up the host's legs, so you are best to examine your pet early, hopefully before the tick settles in for the duration. I have to say though that if I found one, you'd probably hear me at the other end of the town. Ticks I do NOT like. _________________ Happiness is watching my dog chase leaves dancing in the breeze. |

Just be carefull not to pull them out because if you leave the mouth in the skin they can get a bad infection. You can cover then with vaseline or Meths and they will fall off |
