Just thought I would say hi, I am still not 100% but have been given a diagnosis or should I say 3 lol
as far as the stroke symptoms go they are putting that all down to migraines so have just started on my treatment for that today, so fingers crossed all goes well with that.
secondly I am hypoglycemic so this would account for the tiredness and general exhaustion which in turn will bring on the migraine's.
third is my heart which they are still going to be looking into as it is very irregular but they are hopping to put that down to caffeine.
so combine that all with my stomach problems I now have a big list of foods to avoid. i may as well not eat ever again.
ok so I am not allowed
meat
alcohol
anything containing caffeine
this means no chocolate
no tea
no fizzy juice
to me this equals no life but I suppose if it keeps me going and I can get back to some version of normality than I will be grateful.
oh and no smoking but that's an obvious one I suppose.
well I am off to live in a nunnery as that is no doubt the best place to live it up with my new lifestyle.
hope to be seeing you all again sometime soon when I get the green light for the hill walking.
love Magz |

Glad to hear you are feeling a bit better. Long may it continue! The news while frustrating and quite limiting in some ways must be a relief in that it's manageable. Welcome back, and keep on improving please. _________________ Happiness is watching my dog chase leaves dancing in the breeze. |

Magz, I hope now that you have identified all your problem foods that this will help you greatly. I have IBS and the list of what I can't or rather shouldn't eat is way too long to type so I completely sympathise with you.
Hope you start to feel much better soon.x. _________________ Staffies are my life! Visit us at www.staffies.co.uk |
