Just read that link Kirsty - such shame but I guess if I were a farmer I might be of the same mind to protect my hers and livlehood BUT the Wolves are wild and natural to the habitat (til man eradicated them) - allowances should be made for that and better protections put in place for the herds of sheep & cows surely?

Gutted the whole lot have gone Crying or Very sad

When the wolves are fighting, the guy jumps in the middle of it and makes a noise to calm them down. scary isn't it? I would NEVER do that! Shocked

Its such a shame Shaun Ellis thinks he can play God now though and be part of the plan to crossbreed wolves with dogs..Thats madness and an accident waiting to happen!! Wolves should be left as wild animals Rolling Eyes

I find myself in complete agreement with you Louise! I loved watching Shaun Ellis but am very disappointed in his plans to do this. As per usual it will be the animal that suffers and not the humans who so unwisely are attempting to play God. If cross species breeding were a good idea they'd have done it themselves years ago without mans interference and we'd still see it occurring today! Instead the dog has become domesticated and Wolves remain wild (in some places now extinct) that should tell anyone all they need to know.

Well it would see that Shaun Ellis and Charlie Richardson are taking it upon themselves to mate "wolfdogs".such as Sarloos and CWDS to pure wolves and make their own little rent a pack!!!

The beauty of the wolf is in their primitive wildness...and the way THEY work..not how they work when man steps in to change it all..
