Welcome to the forum. We were in a later class today John couldn't stop talking about the gorgeous ShepWeiler who looks just like Tico. I see what he means now. He is a wow. Hope to see you both soon. _________________ Regards,

Thanks for all the complements, he looks even cuter in real life. Tends to look a lot older in pics. for some reason.
Thanks for the tips on car sickness too. My car isn't very dog friendly I'm afraid, TT coupe. May have to get something more practical, but in the meantime I'll get him to sit up and look out the window with the help of my wife, see if that helps.
Aye Janis, those pics of Tico do just look like a female version of my Mylo, quite an amazing coincidence, never seen (or heard of) a Shepweiler before.
John/Emily where did you get her? Was she deliberately bred or just a happy accident?
Craig, don't walk up the moss, a bit far to walk in the mornings. Been up on my bike a few times. I usually walk down near Murdostoun Castle woods. I will venture up there when my walks evolve into jogging. I'm going to have to push myself a bit to make sure Mylo is sufficiently exercised (and i can lose the beer belly), so I'll likely be up there in the near future (v early), will keep my eyes peeled:)
Does anyone ever use a treadmill to help tire their dogs out? I'm starting to think this might be a good idea if, for some reason, my morning jogs and evening walks aren't enough to burn off his energy. I've seen Cesar Milan use them a few times.
I have considered getting some roller blades or landrollers, like Cesar. That may well do the job in Los Angeles but in North Lanarkshire roller blading with dogs is likely to get me malkied with a Buckfast bottle. _________________ Steve Young

Hey there Steve getting them sitting up and looking out the window does help a little but still expect the drooling and the vomitting to persist as it's not just the horizon they need to see they need to have their feet or bums firmly planted and to not rock about too much (trust me....this is how I got vomitted on by madame ). Recommend your good lady takes a towel
He is beautiful - really pretty face and your other dog is such a cutie too _________________ Staffies are my life! Visit us at www.staffies.co.uk |

Ah, your obviously towards the far side of Newmains then.
The moss is pretty good for letting the dogs get a good run around off lead, haven't made it down the the castle woods myself so don't know what they are like for that.
I had Bran over to Chatelherault this afternoon, he had a good run about in the woods there along the side of the river, and proceeded to spend most of the rest of the day sleeping _________________ Craig (& Bran)
