I have just ordered tick preventative and worming tablets......... thought I would share this website with you,

https://www.discountvetsupplies.co.uk/AdminMaster/Home.aspx

Here you can buy many products that are normally only sold only by vets or on prescription.
Frontline Plus and Drontal worming tablets are all far cheaper that at the vets.

thanks for this John I got 3 months supply of advocate for Guinness from vets and it cost me £33 this site has 6 months for £38 so big saving for me. Notice the frontline was cheaper again but because Guinness had problem earlier with demodex vet advised using advocate. Very Happy Very Happy

Thats good to know, Ive added it to my favourite just in case I need it for anything. Dex had his first tick last week while I was away Rolling Eyes My sister had a bit of a pannick as she couldnt get it out so I told her to put vasoline on it to smother it and she went to pet shop for the tick tweezer and the Anna in the pet shop got it out. pannick over.

I would like to try and treat anything holistically. I knew there is a recipe for tick & Flea treatment somewhere. Also for ear mites apparantly you just put olive oil in their ears daily and clean and it seams to smother them. Worms can be treated with ground pumpkin seeds, but not sure with kind of worms.
