Hiya just thought I'd pass on this golden nugget of information given to me by Janis.

If you stay in North Lanarkshire, the dog warden can MicroChip your dog for only £8 and they come to you! Fantastic.
Better than the £22 I was quoted by vet.

I dont know how it would work with other councils but its worth calling your local dog warden to check it out.

North Lanarkshire used to micro chip for free.......we had the dog warden come to class for this on occasion.

At least it is still a good saving Smile

It was free 6 months ago.....I guess they've just started charging for it.

We got bella chipped by the council about 6 months ago and we were charged £8 for it, i agree its a good saving.
