Hi,
Over the years I have tried all sorts of combs and brushes for my dogs, this one is easily the best.I bought mine on ebay.com from an American seller, even with shipping it was cheaper than buying from the UK imoprter. I paid around £10.00 for the mediums size.
Have a look at the video and see how good it is. The website is www.furminator.com

Wow that looks a top notch product.

I use a rake for Blue my GSD. How much better than a standard rake is it?

Gwen there is no comparison between this and a standard rake.I have both.
The video is not and exaggeration it is that good.

I bought from the US on Ebay.com not .co.uk as it ws cheaper to from the US than fronm the UK distributor, even with the postage.
The blade looks like one half of a set of hairdressers electric clippers and can be resharpened if needed although I have never had to do this.

John,

I'm looking at ebay.com but some of the p&packing is extortionate.
Can you remember the name of the seller you got yours from?

I'm thinking that the large 4inch one would be better for a GSD?

Sorry Gwen,

It was a while ago and I have no idea of the sellers name.
from memory all in it cost around £13/£14 for the medium size.....slightly bigger would be better though.

Laughing Well I plucked up courage and introduced Dale to the furminator. Wonder of wonders he didn't mind it a bit and I got so much hair out that I stopped in case he went bald. Its definitely a good buy. Thanks John.

Debbie is organising one for me.

That groomer looked a bit rough on the video though.

Marcella, yes the birds come down and take away my dog hair. I tend to groom them in the BMX park and when I leave half a dozen or more birds sweep down, its a great sight.

Star loves being brushed!! He is terrible when I try to groom Libby or Jake. He totally pushes then out the way and just sits waiting to be brushed. Laughing

Fiona, where did you order from - local or USA? Just had a look at the website, and looks like Doogle (and our carpet!) could benefit from one.

I got mine from Ebay.co.uk for £20 I bought the large size, you probably only need a small/medium for Doogle Very Happy I had a look on .com but they were around the same price after paying for shipping etc.
