hi, was just wondering when does the dog warden come round for the free micro chipping. Does she have to be invited to a class or is there set visits she does? If so do you think maybe in the next few weeks we should ask her to visit for all the new puppys that are around? If not then we will just get Luna done at the vets on her next visit

i might be wrong but john has a good relationship with the local dog warden and arranges for a visit to the training class to get the puppies/dogs done all at once!

Thats 3 of us then and im sure if John announced it and organised it again for them to come to class it would be good.

Allan did Pixel and Moya himself....when we volunteered with the Retired Greyhound Trust they bought ths stuff and sent Allan and another person to learn to do it at the vets in Clydebank, so they did it on thier own dogs Shocked the dogs and Allan were fine Very Happy

yeah we would be up for that, although she prob won't be ready until nearer the end of August to get one, she hasnt got a lot of loose skin the vet was saying to get one, so she needs a bit to grow some lol:)

Oh dont think i could do that myself:) lol well done for Allan doing it though:)

You just phone the North Line number and be put through to the dog wardens or you can do this on line, they give you a call back and they come out to your house when an appointment is arranged with the both of you. Or there is a gala day on the 16th August at St Margaret's Primary School in north Carbrain where the dog warden will be there doing it that day as well. Very Happy

Fiona the dog warden will chip your dog free of charge at your house if you have a North Lanarkshire postcode.

If there is enough interest I could see about organising a trip up to class for her?
