Oh you are all so mean... Twisted Evil
Cats are great.
They are just like dogs in that they have their own personality, and they can be very loyal. The only difference is they are much more independent...
I've been so lucky with my cats, my first one fully lived till she was 20, she used to follow you around the house all day just to be with you.
We now have two rescue cats, brother and sister, Oscar and Pepsi.
Oscar will play fetch with you.. (although he hasn't done it since we got Koda)
and Pepsi will give you kisses with her nose.... hehe... ok really she just likes to smell peoples faces really close up.
She also likes jumping onto your shoulder, but that just hurts most of the time.

I would say..... Cats, if I had to choose.
But I like them both equally.

I can't decide.

I have had the honour of helping my cat Rainy nurse her kittens, and watch them all grow up..and we kept Grim from the litter.
Greebs is just an amazing cat, and looks like the caretakers cat in the Harry Potter movies with the dodgy eye and everything lol

I love the cats and I love Ash to pieces, they are both very special pets.

I love the fact that a cat will come up to you and nuzzle in and demand your attention, and turn up out of nowhere when you are upset at anything.
I love the fact that it doesn't matter what is happening, Ash will always want a cuddle and a fuss and not flick his tail up and walk off like the cats do sometimes lol

As they say...Dogs come when you call, cats have an answering machine!

Sorry Paul, dogs for me will be no 1. but i love our cats, I really think Oscar thinks he is a dog, fetches for you, and now chases me about the house, got him running from room to room with me. Having cats honestly changed my mind about them, although everything about them is on their terms Smile but they definelty have amazing personalitys, as paul says ours are rescue cats and i would tell everyone thinking about getting a cat to resue them, we couldnt have asked for better cats .

I have a Russian Blue and he is great, what a character! Even Stephen who hated cats loves him to bits! He is Stars second best friend! They love each other to bits, Harvey even gets upset when the dogs are in their crate and he is locked out!!

I love cats but dogs are great coz you can do activities with them, though our cat often follows us on walks with our dogs Very Happy
