Can anyone tell me who it was on the forum that worked for Mercedes and has anyone got a contact number for him??? I urgently need a new electronic key programmed! Stoopid cars Rolling Eyes

Joe does work for a Mercedes dealer.......my brother used to but has recently moved over to Volvo.

Yeah it was Joe, got a quote today through another dealer !
£200 for a key transponder matched to my car !!!!
Next car will be a fiesta me thinks !!!!

I think all cars are going this way, tho its 'only' £99 for the key for my Clio but not got it yet, the one I have is working after a fashion anyway Rolling Eyes

I lost the keys to linds merc and it only cost £180 for a whole new key....may be a bit cheaper getting a new key from the manufacturer.

Ive had 3 of them and they were great cars!

can you not buy the keys off ebay or something and then get them programmed?
