I am sorry to all for not being at class since the summer break. My father in law is terminaly ill and i have been helping looking after him. I have been so busy. I hope to get back soon.

So sorry to hear this Amanda. You take as much time you need to deal with things as best you can - as Janis says - DON'T be overdoing things and remember to look after yourself or you'll be no use to anyone, even yourself!
