Kendal has asked me if I'd update on angus's implant for chemical castration. So far so good. According to info week 3 after implant is when the testosterone levels soar trying to combat the implant so might be a bit more dominant that week but then levels start to decrease. I decides on this option as we're not sure we don't want 1 litter of pups from angus as although I'm biased others have said he is a perfect specisim for a westie(including the vet who owns 2 westies herself). I also thought it would be a way of seeing if neutering would change his dominance issues as it gives same effect as op but is reversible. One noticeable point last week was he was quite happy to sniff and play with collie jess which was unheard of before!!! I' ll let you know how things are once Implant has really kicked in.
