Just heard about this and thought it might be of interest.

Jan Fennell will be in Broxburn on Fri. 7th September 6.30-9.30ish.

There are still tickets available if anyone wants to go.

It's being organized by Carol Baptie and I think the Broxburn Dog Training Club.

Tickets are £15. You send a cheque payable to Broxburn Dog Training Club.

Address : 1 Braidwood Farm Cottage, Temple, Mid Lothian EH23 4SL

I would love to go but im paying for the horse equivalent for my pony on 11th Sept and im afraid its a lot more expensive than £15. I would like to go and see her but I am just scraping the money for the horse day.

Shirley

as much as I'd like to see Jan Fennell - I much rather see the horse one as you can see Jan on the tv on a regular basis - plus the club has the DVD and I don't see her doing anything we haven't seen at some point

on the other hand if it was Cesar - well I'd just have to go and you would have to come with me too

the horse whisperer will be amazing - enjoy and tell us all about after you've been

don't know much about this lady but by all accounts she knows her stuff!

as it is a little far for us all to travel wouldn't it be a better idea for a couple of members to go, say john and one other member to attend this evening and have it funded,(tickets & travel expenses) by the club! therefore we all benefit from the talk without the cost to each individual pocket!?!?!?

with john's knowledge already he could possible interpret more than the average joe bloggs member! we can then have a gathering of our own to hear what was said possible over a tipple or two!

i would be interested in what everyone else thinks and possible put it to a show of hands!

my hand is up and i would suggest john and possibly allan or bob to accompany him!

Janis, that's a great idea.
I shall make sure the committee have a read at your suggestion and see what they say.

I'm sure with 2 sets of ears they will absorb more. Yeah, John and another going is a great idea.

Janis I've got her video if you want to see it. I've also read her book. I think she is good but I won't make it that night either.
