Magnetic Margaret. The higher the strength the better. We got one for Diesel 3 years ago from www.magnecare.co.uk
We chose a leather one with magnets sewn inside the leather all the way around, I think there's 11 or 12 in total within his collar. It made a HUGE difference. He was a puppy with severe joint problems, the collar has allowed him to move around without pain which he couldn't do when he was a year old.
Diesel has never had the collar removed since.

Bioflow collars are meant to be effective. I've never used one though (well not me, the dogs Laughing ).

Works well as can be expected means we have been able to reduce her medication, some days she doesn't need metacam at all. She will be due back at the vets soon so hopefully we can get her off the metacam all together Very Happy
