Good Luck to my dad and Lindy who are running the Fresh'n'low half marathon tomorrow!

They will do really well been up at 10 on Saturday's both of them running for this Cool

And my dad has raised £349.50 for Children's Hospice Association Scotland, (CHAS)

Hi guys got my official time today form the evening times and I done the half marathon in 2hrs, 17mins and 21 secs I am over the moon with my time it's so good for my first time, I'm feeling the effects today knees were a bit sore and stiff and my thighs are sore but i'll be fine by tomorrow. Very Happy
