somewhere were there is lots of space for the dogs to run around off lead would be good !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Troon beach is ideal if you are thinking of the beach BBQ!!!!!!!!!! Very Happy

Canal walks are OK but generally they are an on lead walk ..so i tend not to do these as the dogs get frustrated as they can't get in the water!!!!!!!!!!! Sad

Chatlerhault is also a good place for walks and there is a nice wee cafe in the garden center for tea and cakes afterwards!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scotlands Outdoor Access code means these signs are obsolete.......we are entitled to roam anywhere as long as we do not worry livestock otr damage crops.

With regard to strange people on Irvine beach.......was there not an 'incident' the last time a group from Dog School went? something to do with clothes?

yes when I took Rhia and her friend a man was observing them and stole their clothes
I reported it to the police but never heard any more
I didn't know there were already problems connected to the beach. I wish I had, makes me feel bad as we had left the girls sunbathing while we walked the dogs, although the incident occured later in the day when I was with them

I was there that day when Geri daughter got her clothes stolen."I could not believe it". Also some idiot with a horse on the beach of course my Kaiser had to chase it. She was provoking the situation. We were on and off lead was fed up with it. How can i put this, you can see single guys just sitting in there cars watching.

You should all go to Carron Valley or Chatlerhault country park.
Have a nice time.
Brenda
